We are living in a time where our well-being, both individual and collective, is under pressure. The weight of racism, economic inequality, political instability, climate anxiety, ongoing collective grief (alongside so much more) has left many of us stretched thin, disconnected, or simply trying to survive in systems not built for our care; and at a pace of life that rarely includes space to pause. This work exists in service of deeper holistic well-being—in our bodies, our communities, and the systems we’re a part of.
